Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is your refund policy? Returns are accepted within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of your purchase price. Items must be in new condition and cannot have any markings or stickers on them. Include all packaging, accessories and instruction sheets. We do not refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying shipping to return items to us. Before returning: Please log into your account, view the order that contains the item(s) you are wanting to return, and click on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) link. An RMA needs to be issued before your return will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not have an RMA.
An item I ordered is defective or is damaged. What do I do now? If an item is damaged, please send us an email detailing the problem within 10 days of the order delivery. Retain the shipping box and packing until the issue is resolved. Shipping fees will be reimbursed by us at USPS standard rates upon verification that the item is defective or damaged.
Please note: For each item found to be in working order, a $20 diagnostic fee will be imposed.
What is your warranty? Switch adapted toys have a 90 day warranty for manufacturers defects. AbleNet items carry a 2 year warranty. All other items carry a 1 year warranty.
I'm having trouble getting an adapted toy to work. Do you have any troubleshooting tips? Here are some basic troubleshooting tips. If you try these tips and still have problems, please email us for further assistance.
1. Install fresh batteries. We recommend Alkaline batteries. Rechargeable batteries are discouraged.
2. If there is an on/off switch ensure it is in the ON position.
3. Plug in a switch that you know is working (try the
switch on another device or toy first) and then try to activate the toy or device.
A toy will not run unless a switch is plugged in and is
being held down to activate it.

How much is shipping? Shipping is determined based on the weight of the order and where it is shipping to. To determine the actual shipping charges, simply place your items in the cart and go to checkout. There you will be able to enter your zip code and get the actual shipping charges. From there you can either continue shopping or check out.
I want to use a Purchase Order. How do I do that? Simply add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. During checkout select "Purchase Order" as the payment method. During checkout you will be able to enter your PO number. If you do not have one yet, just enter "0" as the purchase order number. Once we receive the purchase order form from your institution, we'll process and ship the order.
