If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of your purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for paying shipping to return items to us. Please include all packaging and any instruction sheets. Please log into your account, view the order that contains the item(s) you are wanting to return, and click on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) link. An RMA needs to be issued before your return will be accepted.
An item I ordered arrived and is damaged or not working. What do I do now? Please send us an email detailing the problem. We'll work with you to make sure things get fixed. If an item is damaged, please retain the shipping box and packing until the issue is resolved. If there is damage to the shipping box itself, please note this in your email to us.
