We understand that sometimes when you buy things online they may not meet your needs. We gladly accept returns on items received back to us within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be in new, resalable condition and include all packaging and accessories. Items that have been written on, have inventory stickers on them, or otherwise show signs of use cannot be returned unless there is a warranty defect.

Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to returning an item. If there's no return authorized, we'll ship it back to you at your expense. To get your Return Authorization:

Please write your order number on the outside of the box.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. 

Once the item is returned and inspected, we'll issue you a refund, less shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee, to the original payment method or issue a store credit if you prefer to exchange the item for something else.

If an item reaches us more than 30 days from the original order's ship date, the item may be returned at the customer's expense or a store credit, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, may be issued at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for quantities of 10 or more of any item and for returns purchased with a Purchase Order. Closeouts are not returnable and this will be clearly stated on the product's page.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges both to ship out the package and for it to be returned to us when the package is returned to us due to Refused/Return to Sender, No Mail Receptacle, wrong/incomplete address, etc.
