Our 30-day Happiness Guarantee. Returns as easy as 1-2-3!

We understand that sometimes when you buy things online they may not meet your needs. We gladly accept returns on items received back to our warehouse no later than 30 days of the order's ship date*. Products must be in new, unassembled, resalable condition and include all packaging and accessories. Items and retail packaging that have been written on, have inventory stickers on them, or otherwise show signs of use cannot be returned unless there is a warranty defect. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was shipped, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to returning an item. If there's no return authorized, we'll ship it back to you at your expense. To get your Return Authorization:

Once approved, we'll email you a Return Authorization confirmation. Again, do not send anything back to us until you receive email confirmation. Even if you have called and talked with us about a return, please wait for your email authorization. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your package and return it to you at your expense. 

  • Prepaid return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We recommend shipping with insurance and tracking.
  • Your Return Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Place products being returned into a shipping box. Do not affix labels directly to the manufacturer's packaging (even if the packaging is made of cardboard). 
  • Items need to be received within the 30-day return period.

Packages that do not conform with the above may be refused (or a store credit less a restocking fee may be issued at our discretion). 

Once the item is returned and inspected, we'll issue you a refund minus shipping charges, applied coupons, and any applicable restocking fee, to the original payment method. Or we can issue a store credit if you prefer.

Please note:

  • If a package is returned to us as Refused/Return to Sender, No Mail Receptacle, wrong/incomplete address, etc., there will be a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and any duties/customs fees.
  • Returns received without a Return Authorization or after the return period will be refused by us or, at our discretion, issued a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. Any duties or taxes we incur due to an order being returned will be deducted from the credited amount.
  • While we are unable to re-issue any single-use coupon code used for your original purchase, if you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size, color, etc., please contact us and we'll gladly apply the coupon code to your exchange.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for quantities of 10 or more of any item and for returns purchased with a Purchase Order.
  • Closeouts are not returnable, and this will be clearly stated on the product's page.

 *Special order items may have varying return policies which will be disclosed prior to purchasing.

Holiday Return Period: Orders placed from Nov 15th through Dec 31st are returnable so long as the return reaches us by Jan 31st of the new year. Return Authorization is required.

Order cancellation may be completed by contacting us through our customer portal. Please do not leave a voice message in this instance. We will do our best to assist with order cancellation as long as the order has not been processed or forwarded on to third party suppliers. We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed to the shipping stage and/or shipping has been completed. At that point, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) as explained above. Shipping charges are not refundable.
